Apple (Nut) Cake:
What you can say about this apple cake recipe except DELICIOUS! My family has become absolutely addicted to this cake. I have made it both with and without walnuts. This is a perfect recipe to make when you have ripe apples and you don't want them to spoil. You can use Granny Smith apples, because they are both sweet and tart, but I prefer Gala apples because they are much sweeter. This cake is perfect to enjoy any time of the day or to share with family and friends when you have a function. However you decide to enjoy it, you will not be disappointed. The milk can be substituted for almond milk or another milk substitute of your choice. I prefer to use almond milk when I make it and it does not change the taste at all. You can also add walnuts to the batter with the apples or just as a topping, either way it will be moist and sweet. Once you make this cake you will absolutely love it! Now, let's bake!
